The Idolmaster is very like the other same kind of animes and mangas etc. Love get chu. Genre is slice of live and in another genre in that which is being/becoming idol.
The story has many maincharas (11 girls and one boy) and it's quite hard to remember all of them in the start but i guess it will be easier in the end. And i bow for the chara creator 'cause they aren't all like the same and actually there's few charas which seems very original and has new fresh feeling in them. :D
Style of drawing and animation is cute and charas are cuite "childish/petite" styled (so yea some times it's hard to tell their ages just basing on their looks :'D ). Movements are high animated and just like the bests are in these days like in K-On.
The story starts nicely and the whole first episode is based on to tell who the idols are. New and fun mix in this is that the first episode was made like someone is making a program of them and so that way questions and chara reviews were easy and not so long as they could be with this many charas.
I'm waiting for good animation and nice story to watch and i hope i will get it based on the first episode. It seems worth of watching and looks very nice so why not to watch it even if silce of live is interesting genre or being idol is something what you want to know about. Also this serie has fun comedy in it so i recomment it cladly :D
